MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Jones District is located in the vibrant southeast suburban I-25 corridor, in Centennial, Colorado, a prime location for businesses and residents alike. MULTI-FAMILY

Multi-family residential is planned for Parcel 10, conveniently located adjacent to South Chester Street. The proposed 5 and 6-story building is expected to contain 306 apartments, as well as accessory retail at the street corner. The project will include indoor and outdoor amenities both at grade and at the 6th floor amenity lounge and patio. Additionally, the design concept allows the living units to extend to grade, activating the streetscape, with direct access to the central park. OFFICE

Office and retail is planned for Parcels 4 and 5, located off of East Panorama Circle. The proposed 8-story mixed-use project consists of two office buildings and a significant amount of street-oriented retail, immediately adjacent to the central park. The project accounts for grade variations around the site by adjusting the active uses to the different grade elevations and incorporates an outdoor plaza space between the buildings. Future office developments include higher density (12 to 15 story) office building along the eastern I-25 frontage and lower density (4 to 6 story) office building in the western interior parcels.
